CATENA – the self-supporting bellows guide chain for integration in protective coverCATENA is a self-supporting, flexible guide system that can be integrated in moving protective covers for vertical areas or in roof covers. It has been developed by Arno Arnold utilising its extensive knowledge of drag chain systems. By integrating an additional, advanced chain element, a flexible bellows guide was created. CATENA demonstrates an impressive load capacity with a high level of inherent rigidity, while at the same time being so flexible that it can even be diverted e.g., “around the corner” in the cabin wall. In principle, CATENA is a flexible guide way with mobility at both ends. |
